It’s winter.. It’s cold, rainy, snowy (for the majority of us). My usual green smoothie just isn’t appetizing this time of year. Abiding by my newish low sodium diet.. I have introduced oatmeal to my diet. Today it’s steel cut oats. It’s pretty darn delicious and there are so many things you can add to it to keep it interesting.
Today’s recipe includes:
Organic steel cut oats (I always add cinnamon to the pot while it’s cooking)
*Organic sliced almonds
*Organic dried cranberries
*Organic unsweetened shredded coconut
*Organic 1% milk (just a topper)
